At this time of remaining indoors to help protect others, as well as ourselves, there is an immense amount of support available in various shapes, sizes and guises. Here is a link to a wonderful article that a colleague of mine has written on behalf of the British Infertility Counselling Association and whilst aimed primarily at those going through fertility treatment, the article is so well written with such great tips, that it doesn’t matter if you are fortunate to not be experiencing fertility issues yourself.
