Time and Timings - Part 2...

It occurs to me that sometimes we make our own luck and other times it befalls us.

How many times have we uttered the words ourselves or heard them from others: ‘Thankfully I went/did/carried out XYZ yesterday and not today’. For example meeting a friend for a walk last weekend when it was sunny instead of today as it is raining. Or made it to the train station this morning with a couple of minutes to spare, instead of the normal Olympic sprinting down the stairs and leaping through the closing doors, making it (or not) in the nick of time!

Equally I’ve met people who tell me how grateful they were for booking & boarding the flight earlier than the next one that was delayed or were driving and missed the road traffic accident that must have happened just moments behind them.

Sometimes ‘time and timing’ is on our side and in our favour and sadly there are times when it may not be and we have to simply hope the impact of when it isn’t, is not too life changing.

Also, we can Um and Ah over making decisions and sometimes it’s worth listening to our inner voice and establishing what the reason is for the delay or procrastination when that is the more powerful force.

Time and timings, timings and time…what are your plans for the day?
