Take a look at the image. Now take a slightly longer look and really linger on it. How many petals did you see? How many were you able to count before pulling away? It doesn’t take much to give yourself a brief distraction or oasis from the ‘other stuff’ taking up space in your mind. Every so often, stop, pause and focus. Enjoy the peace this brings.
