This year’s theme is KINDNESS. What does this mean to you? Being kind, doing kind deeds? How good are you at receiving kindness?

A smile is a kind gesture and is something that can be given so easily and also feels pretty good to receive. During this time when our mental and physical health is being so invaded, stepping back and appreciating the world of kindness can be soothing.

Consider some kind deeds you can carry out this week and also pay attention to acts of kindness that have come your way too and more relevantly, how they make you feel.
